Scottish police say they have
arrested a 17-year-old from Aberdeen, who wasn’t named in press
accounts, for sending a racist
tweet to soccer player Jason Brown. The youth allegedly sent
the message after Brown’s Welsh team beat Scotland in a World Cup
qualifier.
