PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Authorities say David Oliver Relin, the coauthor of the best selling novel “Three Cups of Tea,” has died in Oregon at age 49.
Deputy Multnomah County Medical examiner Peter Bellant says Relin committed suicide on Nov. 14.
He says Relin died of blunt force head injury in the community of Corbett, near Portland, but he did not provide further details.
