Asa Hutchinson, a former Administrator of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, on Tuesday refused to say why marijuana shouldn’t be taxed and regulated like alcohol. “Explain why alcohol should be regulated but marijuana is different?” CNN host Wolf Blitzer asked….
